Please note: In some circumstances all of
the items below may not be required. Alternatively, lenders
may request further or more detailed information that is not
listed on this sheet. Please discuss this with your loans
consultant.
When arranging to meet with your Loans Consultant,
please ensure that you have copies of all documents ready,
and that you also have the original documents available for
viewing by the consultant. This will allow your application
to proceed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
If you feel you are not able to supply the
required documentation as listed below, there may still be
a variety of options available to you. Please discuss alternative
options with your Loans Consultant.
